Not in love with your online purchase? Don’t worry, we’ll honor an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns for in-store pick up items must be returned within 14 days from your fulfillment date. Returns can be made in-store or by mail.
Returns by mail, please email sales@heartandsolmaui.com along with your order # in order to process your request.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within seven business days. We do not issue refunds on shipping costs. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Merchandise must be in ORIGINAL sales condition with tags attached and accompanied by a sales receipt. All jewelry, accessories, and lingerie items are FINAL SALE. Gift cards are non-refundable.
